Day 1888 Happy Halloween!
Oct. 31st, 2010 08:31 amLast night 80s took me to see SAW 3D. The movie was pretty ok- very gory, of course- but what was truly impressive was the new Real D technology. Unlike the older 3D movies, this one was quite impressive in it's depth and clarity. I've been waiting to get a new TV (and possibly a blue-ray player)- I think I'll wait a little while longer and see if this comes out for home systems. Until now I was annoyed that the new Harry Potter and the next Narnia movies are both supposed to be in 3D- now I'm quite pleased about it.
Today I intend to watch movies, work on my quilt and generally play. I have a couple of things to get in the mail that I have to fill out or package up but I'll do those during breaks from quilting. I also need to put on a pot roast for tonight- I haven't decided if I will do it on the stove top or in the crock pot but either way it's going to be *yum*.
