Awhile back I posted this- along with several other cheesecakes. I went to make it tonight and realized that I had left out a couple of important ingredients- like the butter! So I have fixed the old entry and I am reposting it anew with pictures from my kitchen this time.

9" pie crust in a spring form pan
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
16 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sifted flour
¼ cup honey
5 eggs separated
1/2 cup half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup ground sesame seeds (I used tahini)
Modified from "How To Cook Forsoothly"
Beat egg whites until stiff. Cream butter and sugar together. Add cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Blend in flour and honey. Blend in egg yolks. Beat well. Add cream and vanilla. Lightly fold in egg whites. Fold in sesame seeds. Pour into a 9" springform pan lined with graham cracker crumbs.
Bake 1 hour on a low rack in a preheated 325° oven.
Cool with oven door closed for 1 hour then remove and chill.
