wren08In passing, my manager mentioned tonight that he doesn't like animals.

I have been trying to wrap my head around that concept and I fail to do so. How does one not like animals? I can see not liking one particular animal because of a bad association or memory... or even only liking one or two. But how does someone not like any of them? That's one step away from not liking children- and this man has at least one.
I also picked up my packages at the post office this morning- and then had more waiting for me when I got home. Um, PO fail. We've had a change in staff at my PO and I am certainly glad I closed the business down before that happened. The new people aren't bad and they are nice and well meaning... but they aren't the totally awesome people that were there before. I still might have the best PO in the country... but I miss my old people!
Tonight Emily and I watched "Hogfather"... my very first foray into Diskworld. I think I have been overlooking something very good and I shall remedy it asap.
