TGIF!
I've been working on my fairy packages and will probably be able to send them all out tomorrow. It would go faster except that I'm trying to decant at least a sniffy of everything I have that people want and that takes time. Also? Pipettes for decanting- a serious need. Straws are not nearly as efficient. I've got two more perfume packages to get together and then one other package and I can put postage on everything. I'm looking forward to people's reactions when they get them!
I haven't been working on the living room this week- it's been so hot and I've been so tired that I'm putting it off. Maybe this weekend I can get more done.
On the up side, I took two vacation days next week- Thursday and Friday which gives me a four day weekend! Whoot! My goal is to have the cabinet finished and maybe even the doors constructed and the curtains hung by the end of it. After that- I'll clean up the library (all our movies are currently on the floor in there) and take a couple of weeks off before I address the furniture.
Once the library is clean, I plan to put the "no sloth" s into play three mornings a week.
Mom is sending me shopping for a new TV for her so while I am doing that, I'm going to look into a TV for us that hangs on the wall. I expect that I can afford one by now. I've resisted getting a flat screen until now because I do want one large enough to hang- kitten would knock over any flat screen I have unless it is not possible for her to do so.
