Oh my f*cking God!
Emily's medcheck got changed from tomorrow to today by the mental health clinic that I take her to. Now they tell me that her psychiatric nurse is no longer there and they no longer have Saturday hours. Two hours before her appointment. Not only that, they can't see her today because the doctor they switched her to doesn't see kids. So, maybe they can reschedule us for Monday.
Oh, HELL no.
You don't just switch doctors on a kid with ADHD- that's so bad... they don't do well with change to begin with. And, oh, by the way, now that you've already taken today off, let's tell you to take Monday off too so you can have a short paycheck both weeks. Obviously me working is something that is of very little importance.
I'm going to see if I can't get her in with the nurse that she's been seeing at a different location- their phone is busy right now.
