I am seriously regretting volunteering to work today- getting in to work is going to be hazardous at best and when I get there, I get to sell flowers and candy to everyone for a holiday that I'm left out of. And, to top that off, we may not be a bit busy because of the snow. *grrr* I'd so much rather stay at home and look out the window at the pretty landscape and work on something warm and soft.
However, this is my last day to wear my heart hairsticks this year and it's hard to be entirely grouchy around so many beautiful flowers... besides, I'm needed and I like to be needed.
Tonight I'm planning to grab a favorite book and have a Hot Toddy bath- possibly with a hot toddy! And then see how much of my September square I can get done before I completely keel over.
Bitsy is going to have to be an outdoor dog. I got up last night at 1:30am and let her out (pushed her out is more like, that dog does not like the dark) and then I was up again at 5am and made her go out- and between the two, she pooped on the floor. Not on the paper or even the puppy pad I had down- no, she found a bare place on the carpet. If she can't even be paper trained, I can't have her in the house, especially after I redo the living room this spring.
My LOL for this morning:

Well, wish me luck on the driving!
