Okay, it's time to ask for advice... I've run out of ideas.
Does anyone know something really good to do for over strained tendons (tennis elbow, as it happens) that does not involve rest? I over strained my elbow about two weeks ago and I've done everything I can think of for it. Please don't suggest rest because, while I am almost through painting, I have to spray things at work which is a strain. And it's spring so I have to use the weed eater as much as weather allows.
