wren08I got my Lab order today... which makes everything smell sweeter... even the (possibly) zombie cows.
I'm really amazed by the speed at which this one was filled and delivered. I ordered June 1st, got the C'n'S yesterday and the package arrived today. 13 days total time. They must be putting on extra speed to clear the old orders out before they start getting all the "must have tarot now" orders and the new update. And I have a new love... possibly an couple of new loves. I definitely am in love with Madame Moriarity... I'll need to order several more before the Carnival leaves town. And Robin Goodfellow smells very promising in the bottle... but I had already rubbed Madame Mo on so couldn't test it. (Thank goodness, a GC I really love!) I think Shub is also going on my "keep this in stock" list. Since it's also a GC, I'll see how I feel about it after wearing it a couple of times. I'm not nearly so sure about Fazia or Bengal. Or Blue Moon. It's very complex and I'll have to test it to see if it works on me... or not.
Emily sniffed Robin Goodfellow... and opined it good... and then asked if there were other perfumes from a Midsummer Night's Dream? And could we get Helena? Maybe I'll get an imp set of all of them and let her try them. It's one of her favorite stories.
I've got decant supplies on the way so I'll be able to decant out of my bottles now. I'm trying out Pilot Vials and we'll see how quick and what kind of quality they have. I ordered yesterday and have the click'n'ship today so we'll see.
A minor irritation. I caught someone's sale going up on the forum. And they had both Gypsy Queen and Hexennacht so I asked for both of them (I am sure I'm not the only one.) I while later I got a PM telling me that they were both already gone. Eh... oh well. Wasn't quick enough on the PM... try again next time. And then I see this same person (forum name and ebay name are the same) selling Hexennacht on Ebay. Grrrr
Now, to be fair, maybe she had two bottles. Then again, maybe she didn't and just decided to tell everyone it was gone and post it on ebay for maximum revenue. Well, it's her bottle and that's her right... but if she was going to post it on Ebay, she should never have put it up on the forum, imho. Either way, it's irritating to be told "No, sorry, sold out." and then see it for sale somewhere else.
